
The educational objectives for the students of Herbert W. Armstrong College may be summarized as follows:
1. To develop a sound mind—to encourage students to think sensibly, clearly, independently and ultimately be
led by the Spirit of God.
2. To develop godly character—to fulfill the purpose for God's creation, which is why overall attitude and
participation factor into final grades.
3. To become socially balanced—to strengthen relationships with the Creator, the faculty, the student body,
the local church congregation and the communit
4. To develop a well-rounded, service-oriented personality—to encourage one to become more outgoing, considerate,
well spoken, humorous, confident, zealous—one whose life positively impacts
5. To prepare for a career—to learn and apply the seven laws of success.
6. To become a cultured individual—to learn to appreciate the finer things in life—striving for perfection in all things.
7. To learn and practice the laws of radiant health—to embrace the principle that the balanced curriculum at AC
includes healthful living.
