YOUNG AMBASSADORS
The Young Ambassadors of Herbert W. Armstrong College was a small ensemble that performed jazz hits, popular ballads and show tunes. Their wholesome, family-friendly programs appealed to audiences of all ages.

The show choir performed at community festivals, elementary schools and other local venues, as well as at concerts on the Herbert W. Armstrong College campus. The Young Ambassadors also performed in dozens of music videos (filmed on campus and throughout Oklahoma), which are featured in five short films that the group has produced.

Their local performances received rave reviews. They performed with Grammy-nominated baritone Jubilant Skyes as part of Armstrong Auditorium’s performing arts series on March 27, 2012. On March 24, 2009, the ensemble sang the United States National Anthem at the Ford Center for Oklahoma City’s NBA team, the Thunder, in their final home game against the L.A. Lakers. On July 4, 2006, the Young Ambassadors sang and danced on a float in Edmond’s acclaimed LibertyFest Parade, receiving fourth place in the Civic/Non-Profit category for their entry.

The Young Ambassadors spirit lives on in the Armstrong Youth Chorus, which performs in recitals and musicals produced by the Philadelphia Church of God.
